Sign up to one of my online yoga classes, which cater for all, from beginners to advanced. I run regular flexible classes via zoom, so that you can always make time to fit yoga into your schedule.

For an immersive approach, I teach in person classes from my yoga studio, located in leafy Surrey. If you live locally, these classes are a perfect way to further your skills in yoga, while meeting other people in your area, or coming with a friend.
